The purpose of the foundation is the conduct and the promotion of interdisciplinary research in the areas of philosophy, psychology, theology, natural sciences and medicine.

The work of the Foundation is intended to be a contribution to the unfoldment of an integral understanding of the structural order of creation.

In the tradition of the Wisdom Teachings the Foundation supports the idea of an integral scientific model characterized by the essential unity of metaphysics and natural science which was the hallmark of high cultures
at all times.

The work of the Foundation shall bring about an integral scientific model establishing a relation between spirit and matter and giving orientation to the specialized sciences.

The Foundation World Cultural Heritage of the Wisdom Teachings has been established to perform comparative research, documentation and synoptical presentation of the Wisdom Teachings and of the insights of leading scientific research.

The Foundation World Cultural Heritage of the Wisdom Teachings is an independent foundation. Special emphasis is laid on the universality and neutrality of the research which is intended to make the essence of the various philosophical, religious and scientific traditions transparent in a synoptical presentation.

• Provision of access to key documents and literature
• the development of a library including electronic media
• Educational and presentational activities for the dissemination of research results
• Promotion of encounters of people of various cultural, philosophical, religious and scientific
  traditions for the promotion of an integrational world view characterized by mutual respect.
